I should be used to it by now, but the first days of writing each new catalog are intimidating. I have to push through every blank page and every welcome distraction to get the ball rolling. Momentum finally picks up a few days in, and the cogs start moving in my brain’s word factory. But those first couple of days? Brutal.
I bet you’ve always wondered about the struggles of a copywriter. Now you know.

my question is this: how do you stay motivated to dress cute when you work from home? I am convinced I would rarely shower before 4 pm and perpetually live in pjs. And possibly gain 20 more pounds by distracting myself with food. But that’s just me I guess.
I’m intrigued by your job! I’d love for you to tell me more about it.
I think you just posted that picture of you writing to show off that smashing orange jacket and scarf around your neck. Bravo, Tiffany. Bravo.
Very cute coat.
I bet it’s kind of like writing a paper for school. I do ok once I get started, but man getting started is hard.
a few questions.
are you cold? Why are you wearing this cute jacket? Are you writing from your patio? Is that your real hair? How did it get so long? Are you really comtemplating cutting it?
Do you like Mothers Day? Who’s your favorite Seinfeld character?
No pressure to answer. Just wanted you to know what’s on my mind.
I’ll trade you. Today, I have to write an email convincing complete strangers that it would be a good idea to come to our website where they can discuss their sleep disorders like excessive snoring and sleep apnea with other sufferers like themselves.
I would have to try every single cookie to write about it.
