My realtor called yesterday to inform me that one of my neighbors called her to see if she knew whether or not we were planning to take Lucy with us when we move. Because, if we weren’t—if Lucy is just too much of a hassle—then he would be more than happy to give her a good home.
I asked the realtor to draw up a counter-offer: Buy the dog for the asking price of our home, and we’ll throw in a house for free!

I have a house that’s been on the market since November in Salt LAke. Not a single offer on it AND no offers on the dog either.
