Max does this funny thing. If he’s trying to show something to you, he holds it up in front of his head and makes a direct line from his cornea to the object and then on to your cornea. If the object is too large to hold, he holds his pointer finger right next to his face, turns his head slightly to focus with just one eye, and points at it. Hopefully these pictures will illustrate it. It is very adorable, and unfortunately he’s hardly doing it at all anymore.
