Playing with my Christmas toy

December 28th, 2006

I got spoiled for Christmas.  Ryan bought me a new MacBook and my fingers have barely left its gleaming white keyboard and surfaces for more than a few minutes since I opened it.  Not only is it a fabulous tool for my new job/career, but it’s also an amazing toy.  Here are some pictures we took with the built-in camera:

That’s me and Max as comic book heroes.  What’s that on my nose, you ask?  Why that’s my super-powered wart, of course!

Now, meet my son, Christian, the one with eight front teeth and custom eyeglasses:

And here’s what I would look like if I were moody and depressed.  You know, like a real writer.

I love my new toy!

I think I would be moody and depressed if I had a super-powered wart on my nose! What a fun toy! Enjoy!

I was just wondering, being a relative stranger to the world of technology, (a relative and a stranger), can you access your blog from your mac? I’m guessing not. I’m guessing I shouldn’t show my ignorance in public. Never mind. But IF you can, going out of town should be no excuse for not feeding our habit!! And I’m relieved it’s only a super-powered wart, and not a jewel.

Amazing! I think I can tell that your creativity has already gone up 11 levels. Welcome to the family of Macintosh where viruses are folklore and crashing is something left to tired children and cars.
